'The Hilton Garden Inn North Phoenix is a nice hotel. No compaints except that they charge for parking. I hate hotels that charge for parking. Just another fee that Expedia did not include or diclose. I might have chosen a different hotel if I knew that an additional $10 per night would be added onto my stay.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Kitchen wasn't stocked all that well, unit was cleaned ok but the floors(laminate) hadn't been mopped in a long time. They were very dirty. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, but they didn't have much staff on hand. Building is made of wood, so you hear people walking if there is a room above you. Wore ear plugs at night and that was fine. Close to the highway, so convenient that way. Would stay again if the place was cleaner. '

For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. 'The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. I personally would not recommend or stay at this hotel again for this reason alone. Other than that, the staff...

'Ik had een suite geboekt. Het was echt een prachtige maar ook rustige kamer. Mooi ingericht. Met een inloopdouche en een klein keukentje waar je kon koken en met een afwasmachine. Supernetjes en schoon. Goede locatie, vlak bij een wallmart en een hoop andere winkels. We waren er erg blij mee. '
