'We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.'

'My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on.'

'We arrived around 10 PM and check-in was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking available, though it does cost $10 per night. They have QR codes posted throughout the parking areas to make payment convenient. The building and interior both looked and smelled clean. However, when we entered the room, we found a bug in the bathroom. It wasn’t anything too alarming, and since it was late, we just showered and went straight to bed. 'I had a great stay here! There was a stain on my mattress topper and the staff sent someone immediately to fix it. Annabelle did such an amazing job changing my sheets for me and she was SO sweet! The breakfast was delicious and I had no problems with people being loud or anything. I would definitely stay here again.'

'This is an absolutely beautiful piece of property meticulously maintained and beautifully landscaped. The Staff is Top notch. The lovely young woman at the front desk in the days. Is amazing and so helpful. We had a tire blow out on the highway, On a Sunday. We were able to extend our stay with no problem until the truck was finished. Very pleased.'

'The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason. Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. 'There are enough pool, water slide, and fountain options to keep you cool for a good part of the day. Be aware that parking is not free. The room was clean and had plenty of space.'
