'Clean room, friendly staff'

'Het hotel bood weinig aan accommodatie om te eten, geen ontbijt, geen maaltijden, slechts een kleine bar met enkele snacks. Dit is goed om weten indien men daarop gesteld is. Bij Marriott aan de overzijde (toch auto nemen zeker bij plus 40°) was het ontbijt zeer lekker, en het Italiaans restaurant dat we uitkozen was uitstekend, mooie inrichting en lekker eten.'

'great place'

'Loved the location, vibe and boutique feel of the hotel.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again.'

'The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!'

'Second visit this year Kitchen oven was broke both times same unit With a broken dishwasher to added to the kitchen experience'

'The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room exceeded expectations. I didn’t even mind paying $10 for overnight parking.'

'Very convenient and enjoyable location'

'Modern comfortabel hotel'

'Immaculate, most courteous staff, room comfy and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Lots of happy families, enjoying the inclusive breakfast.'

'Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees.'
