Onze mooie strand huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers en is geschikt voor 16 gasten (met koningin slaper in de woonkamer) en een pak n 'play wieg (optioneel).

Het strand is letterlijk een steenworp afstand van ons huis. Wij zijn de 3e huis van het strand dus het is niet eens 1 minuut lopen naar Pompano toegang tot het openbare strand.

We hebben een prachtig privé zwembad (kan in de winter met een vergoeding worden verwarmd) in onze grote omheinde tuin voor die tijden u een pauze van het strand nodig. Chaise Lounges, dubbele hangmat, zwembad drijft en een 5-pits gas grill voor grote cookouts zijn ook aanwezig.

Boven de keuken is volledig geladen om lekkere maaltijden te bereiden met een grote eethoek en eetbar zitplaatsen.

Een grote Florida kamer met een keuken en een badkamer die waakt over het zwembad, zodat u hoeft niet eens in het huis voor een drankje of een korte pauze om te gaan.

60 "HD-TV en geluidsinstallatie in de woonkamer en Smart HD TV's in de andere kamers met vele kanalen HD-kabel, zoals de Sports, Kids, HBO en een volledig betaalde Netflix-account (we zijn serieus!)

Klaar om te spelen? PlayStation 3 met twee controllers, twee move controllers, microfoons, camera en games beschikbaar voor uw plezier. Vergeet niet om je favoriete games en blauw-stralen pakken voor enkele downtime bij het huis.

Mooie enorme dek uit te gaan van de woonkamer met schommel en schommelstoelen en een eettafel. Tweede bovenste dek met uitzicht op de oceaan.

We houden van het strand en we houden ervan om te hosten, zodat we een strandhuis gekocht in onze favoriete locatie en besloten om het te verhuren voor anderen om te genieten terwijl we er niet. We zetten ons hart in dit huis om het mooie comfortabel en plezier voor elke groep op elk moment van het jaar te maken. Wij zijn ervoor dat u, uw familie en vrienden (zelfs die 4 poten zijn) een perfecte strand vakantie.

Great family experience

We checked in Saturday and the process was very easy. The house is setup in away that my daughter and her family had their own place to hang out so we weren’t on top of each other. The walk to the beach was easy with plenty to do in the area. My grandkids loved the pool and the bonus was the ice cream truck coming in the neighborhood. We will definitely return.

Outstanding home and close to the beach.

Home was located in a nice area and close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Hosts were approachable and continued to check in with us throughout our stay. Backyard was amazing with private pool. We would come back and recommend this property to others.

Family Fun

We booked this trip as a Christmas gift for our adult children and their families. The house had a great layout for our multigenerational group. Loved the short walk to the beach and the pool was very family friendly. There were many toys and beach supplies for our use as well as a wagon to haul our things. Multiple refrigerators were a big plus. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy. Huge deck out front with porch swing for morning coffee was great and giant couch in living room provided seating for all of us. Our wonderful hosts were amazing and responded very quickly to our messages and requests. We will definitely be back!

Age range family perfection

We had ages ranging from 11 to 75. The multi-floor layout was perfect for us. The shower in the ground level being walk-in, no lip was perfect for my father-in-law with limited mobility. Then he’d typically do the stairs once per day to join us in the family area which was just right for a little exercise but not too much exertion on his hips. The host was absolutely phenomenal in response time & insured our comfort & satisfaction. We enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool was very worth paying the extra to have heated for our February stay, & the storage shed had such ample supplies for a good beach day! This property is one of few that has an upper level decking & entertainment area that has a covered portion & a sunny side portion. So for those that want to sit in the sun they can do that without being separated from those who are shade seeking. Like all properties, wear is part of the puzzle. I wouldn’t call it pristine. I’d call it well lived in. Nothing was run down by any means. I felt comfortable as a mom letting my children play without feeling pressure to keep anything or any area child free. This was perfect for our family.

Amazing location!

As a first timer to Destin, I had no idea where the best place to stay was. This home did not disappoint. Within 2 minutes after walking out the front door, you were standing on the beach. Not to mention, if you get tired of the beach, the pool at the house is just as amazing! When we arrived, the house was spotless! I will definitely be back sometime in the future!

Wonderful location!

The house and location are wonderful. It honestly was not as big as I originally thought but it worked out really well and was cozy. It was nice having the beach just down the street. Our family had a great time. The kids enjoyed the beach and the toys provided.

Awesome vacation spot

We have been vacationing in Destin for years but in the past few years we started renting houses with pools that are close to the beach that are also pet friendly. This place met all our needs and then some. The home is the best stocked that I’ve ever seen (kitchen, appliances, towels); the pool and back yard are a wonderful size (including the propane grill); the den area is plenty large enough for the 5 adults we had; and the beach is literally a five minute walk. Retail, dining and grocery are five minutes by car. Just a straight shot over the mid-bay bridge and you are there.

I’ll start by saying the owners were very kind and responsive; however, we were extremely disappointed with the actual property and our stay. The property looks nothing like the photos as advertised. The entire house was covered in random hair, dirt, and stains. I took photos upon arrival hoping to be able to share them, but am unable to do so on this post. We chose this house for the location and beautiful backyard which ended up being filthy and nonfunctional. The pool was dingy, the patio furniture was broken and rusted, and the lights surrounding the yard as well as in the pool did not work. We didn’t attempt to grill or cook in the home because it just felt unsanitary. The walls were covered in stains, markings, and appeared warped. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it impossible to get a good nights rest, none of the televisions worked properly, the gaming system only had one controller that worked the other appeared to be cut or broken, the showers had a one pump soap dispenser in it I’m assuming was meant to be the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; however looked like dish soap so we didn’t use that. The “office” space was a desk in front of the washer and dryer near the entry door. The front door lock downstairs was not lined up correctly making it extremely difficult to lock and unlock. To top it off we were greeted the first night in our bedroom by a very large roach! So NO thank you! Next time.. Same cost for Henderson Beach Resort!

Our recent stay

When we tried to use the pool, we opened the door to the pool room which set off the fire alarms creating yelping pups and screaming babies! We tried to turn on the A/C in the pool room to stop the alarms but it went on and on and on for about 35 minutes. My husband discovered that the AC wasn’t working because the filter was filthy. Because of the chaos this created, he just cleaned it himself instead of waiting as we had no idea how long it would take maintenance to get there. Needless to say he was not happy doing this on his vacation. That was the worst thing that happened though. There was plenty of trash bags which we appreciated but I feel as though Zulu Dreams could have been a bit more generous with dish soap and TP. The beds were cozy and clean as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of pots pans and dishes etc.The deck and seating along with the ability to separate when needed was amazing!!! Being a property manager myself, I am a bit more critical because I want those 5 stars consistently. With that said, the living room furniture and area rug are in dire need of a hard deep cleaning. I could tolerate it, but would not let my crawling grandbabies use either

Alright stay

Well at first glance it’s just as the pictures looked. Once inside we found not all tvs worked, whoever cleaned have cleaned as the stove and refrigerator were dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeak, there was hair all in the bathroom along the toilet and floor even in shower. This place was very unkept and and not comfortable at all. I even called about the tvs not working even though the owner offered to send someone there why would I want to have to deal with someone on my vacation. The nicest about the place was the pool. For such a hefty cleaning fee you would think it would be cleaner.
