'This was a GREAT experience in Destin! We went for a Topeka Music weekend... The property was located close to the venue, and was steps away from the beach - both of which were awesome for us. The condo was exactly as advertised, and the property manager was very responsive to our random questions - so easy to work with. The *little* things at the condo really helped - plenty of trash bags, dishwashing pods, paper towels etc. And beach chairs, beach towels, cooler etc - made the beach even...

'Condo was amazing and equipped with all the sand gear (wagon, towels, sand toys, chairs, etc). We stay in this area every year and it’s one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. I was worried about staying across the street from the beach but the access to the beach was easier than some of our on the beach stays. Loved this place! '
