The location was ideal and having the private beach area was so convenient for a busy place. We loved the kitchen having plenty of cookware since we cooked a lot at the house. 'Everything was great! Very clean, amazing view, within walking distance to several restaurants/entertainment venues. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the extra pull out beds for the kids. Chris was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed the second we walked in - he was also very responsive with his communications anytime we had a questions on/off the resort. 'Property is excellent. lol amenities were in place. Cleanliness was certainly above average. Only negative observed was the difficult parking situation. Single lane driveway required frequent jingling of cars. Small inconvenience and I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone with a large group.'

'This townhome worked well for us. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach entrance. It appears you could walk through the dunes however it has built up and there are gates. Some wear and tear on the master for example: closet doors falling off and the bed sunk in in the middle because it appeared to have the middle support leg bent. We still slept ok. I found a couple hairs on the linens but I bring my own for those reasons and used them for the bathroom floor. We enjoyed our overall stay and...
