'This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance. '

'Perfect from start to finish. It was clean, and well stocked with any amenity you could ask for. Absolutely thrilled with it. We have stayed at other bungalows in there and this was hands down the best. '

'Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. '

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent (right across the street from the Watercolor Inn pool and beach access). The place was exactly as described, and had more than enough space for the four of us. The outdoor living space was lovely and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Watercolor! '

'This was the perfect little getaway for me and my family that we’re going to Dustin for a few days. The property was amazing. The pool was even better. The little golf kart rides to the beach was awesome. There was plenty to do and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Me and my family will definitely be back to this location. 'The house and all of its amenities were just as stated in the description of the listing. The accessibility to the beach and having the golf cart made it so much more convenient than places we’ve stayed before where we had to pack up the car each trip to the beach. The outdoor shower was another bonus which helped keep the sand out of the house and off of our clothes before getting to wash them. 'The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all. The pool and outdoor seating was very nice. We had questions regarding trash and received a quick response.It was an easy and close walk to the beach as described. One negative was the public beach area was small and had limited space, therefore it was very crowded. Make sure guests are familiar with the Walton County beach guidelines.Overall it was great trip!!'
