'This is a perfect place to be to have personal relaxation and peace! So close to so so much but yet do not have to take your car. All you desire can be done on foot if needed/wanted! We will be back again due to the heavenly view and quaint area on 30A!'

'Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. '

'This home is absolutely beautiful! Our family of 14 people stayed here and we had such a nice time. Everyone loved how close this home was to the beach and the views from the house are incredible! Seaside shopping is just a short walk to get there so you don’t have to hunt for parking. Would definitely stay here again!'

'Large house with room for 3 generations of our family. The pool, tiki hut, and golf cart were enjoyed, as well. Access to beach was right across the street. We did have some issues with WiFi & technology, but most issues were fixed quickly, including replacing the tv in the tiki hut. I would recommend this house. '

'The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back.'
