'The grounds were filthy. Cigarette butts in front of my room door that had clearly been there for quite some time. Curtain in disrepair, bathtub faucet running constantly. Just overall gross!'

'No ice machine. No tissues, no paper towel. No toiletries. Dead roach under bed, visuable from door. Can feel & hear springs in bed. Pubic hair in tub drain. Pet waste can hasn't been emptied in a while, it stinks from 10 ft away & there are no pet waste bags available to clean up our dog's poo. Poo everywhere in the dog walking area. A/C works great. Fridge is spacious and cold. Door locks. 6/26/26 Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. $200 a night? Never again.'

'We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.'

'Mooi nieuw hotel, nette en schone kamer. Ontbijt heeft weinig gezonde keuzemogelijkheden, er is bv. niets van vers fruit aanwezig. En wegwerpbestek en -borden en in plastic ingepakte bekers is niet echt meer van deze tijd. De locatie is prima, met restaurants en supermarkt in de buurt en de ingang naar Henderson Beach State Park om de hoek.'

'Check in was extremely slow. Was not told where the pool was or any of the other amenities. Called front desk to ask for towels and was told to come get them. Do not disturb was laces on door and they entered anyway while I was out of the room. Such a bad experience I checked out early and when I got to the front desk to say I was checking out a day early the staff was sitting in breakfast area and just looked at me without coming to desk to assist.'
