'Super nice staff and clean room quiet area. '

'When I checked in they gave me a room that had not been cleaned. They moved me to another room that had also not been cleaned. They finally found me a clean room but it wasn’t with the view that I had originally booked. They did not offer me any compensation for the lower room class.'

'Kitchenette was handy. The views are wonderful! Beach access is easy. The on-site bar made a great skinny margarita!'

'This hotel was okay for the price. The hotel is older with several updates needed. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked to be comfortable and the blow dryer that was attached to the bathroom wasn’t was broken hanging off the wall. The staff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast wasn’t ready until about 30 mins after it was supposed to start. The pool is pretty small and there were not fresh towels for the pool.'

'The hotel was very nice and well kept. My room was recently renovated and still smelt of new carpet. The staff was so friendly. The food we ate was good. I just can’t say enough about how good the staff was.'

'This is one of the oldest hotels on the island and with that said. It is old. In our room the toilet paper holder and towel holder was broken. The light on the balcony was falling off. It felt clean otherwise. We got a suite for 6 people but only 2 people could eat breakfast for free. Otherwise it’s $25/person for a continental style breakfast. If you plan to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach there is that option or you have to sit behind 3 rows of them set up which blocks your view of the...

'Property could be updated. Had to ask for towels and did not get until after 4:00 in the afternoon. Nothing was cleaned until we asked for someone to come clean it. '

'Unfortunately we had a very hard time with even checking in to this place. Expedia had to save the day, and it was on Mother’s Day weekend. I will never be back! We come to Florida quite a bit, but we will never go back to this place. Staff are rude and manager is the worst. Rooms were hott and ac barely worked.'
