'We had a little difficulty checking in with the door code. We made contact with the manager and things were remedied quickly. The place was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the location right on the lazy river and the end unit was nice for quieter lounging on the balcony. 'Beautiful house, great spot! A little disappointed at “grill”. Expected a gas grill so was a bit disappointed to see a mini weber. Overall a great place.'

'We were on the 15th floor yet the elevator came in a timely manner-any kind of Hiccups w/ the Doors or Codes were answered Quickly when we called for Assistance. The Condo was Very Clean and Refreshing. We had a Great Experience and Definitely would come back.'

'EXCEEDED expectations! Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies. 'Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. '

'We absolutely loved our stay here! The pools and kid areas were perfect!! the condo was on the beach so hauling all of our gear wasn’t a large task! The room was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the toys and wagon that was available in our room to use for our stay! Only issue was the washer and dryer smelt like cigarette smoke leaving our clothes with a smoky smell to them. '
