'The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. The only option was srarbucks for a coffee and bagel. Even starbucks does not make breakfast sandwiches during...

The room had the basics needed for meals, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. The property is close to restaurants that we frequent when we visit the area. We took evening strolls prior to the sunset it’s about a 20 minute beach walk to the beach area near the famous Pensacola tower.In fact one of our beach days was at that area...

'The condo was in a beautiful location. Amazing sunsets. It was quiet and we felt very safe walking the sidewalk to and from the beach at night. 2 balconies to enjoy the view from. One is private for the room and the other is shared. Steep, shallow stairs inside building and inside room, not a problem for us but it may be for someone else so I felt the need to mention. Excellent communication with property manager. We would definitely use Emerald Coast Getaways again!'

'Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate...
