'Exceptional stay! Excellent communication, thoughtful attention to detail, and impeccable cleanliness. It felt like staying at a luxury spa, just without the massage! Highly recommend!'

'We had a great time with great company. Walking distance from Little Caesars Arena was the deciding factor for us. We would definitely stay there again for the next concert or football game. Parking was perfect for us except for the couple that joined us and had their own vehicle. They had to pay for parking which we were made aware of and we were given the link to the parking garage that was the cheapest. That was very helpful and walking distance too. The place was beautiful and met all our...

'Clean, comfy and bright space so close to our concert venue! Sean has used Detroit historical sports artifacts in the space which added to the cool atmosphere. He was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Will stay here again on our next trip to the D! Thank you!'

'Stayed here for a guys weekend in Detroit and was a great location for us. Close to the interstates, downtown and Woodward Ave. We didn't go to an event at Little Caesars Arenas, however it was a very safe and short walk to get over there. The views of downtown were spectacular. The one car garage parking was great to have, it was a very tight squeeze for a full sized SUV (Jeep Wagoneer) but we made it work. The penthouse was very clean and modern with a good compliment of kitchen utensils and...

'Horrible! Never stayed in any place that was so filthy. Should never be rented out. No bowls or utensils. No screens on the windows but most did not open anyway. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when we walked on it. The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was sagging, cracking and appears to be close to falling down. Only 3 chairs for the dining table. 1 side chair and stool were too wobbly to use. Old food in the refrigerator and cupboards. The...

'Great location. Just like being at home.'

'Everything was excellent for me'

'Great location and very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy! Lots of choices for breakfast '

'Maintenence of property was poor! The heated pool was cold and hot tub was barely warm! The laundry facilities were functional.'

'Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.'

'Great location, very clean, easy check in.'

'Very clean, nice place to stay. Good location, close to Pine Knob.'
