Hotel overbooked and gave away the room I reserved. The lady that checked me in was beyond unhelpful and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Breakfast is nothing but weak coffee and NutriGrain bars.

Exactly what you'd expect for 60$ .. smelled like weed, counter staff was very incompetent and not helpful. Continental breakfast in morning was incomplete and lack luster. It was somewhere to sleep. I'll never go back

The lobby, hallways and elevator smelled like smoke. The room also smelled strange - bad, but not smoke. We had to run the fan just to keep the smell tolerable. We thought we would avoid the elevator by taking the stairs, but the stairwells smelled like crap (literally). The WiFi worked one night, but not the next, with repeated attempts to log in only to see 'Form error' show up on the screen.

I ended up not staying the night because it was so filthy. Crumbs and stains on the kitchenette area, clogged bathroom sink drain, fecal matter in the toilet upon arrival, stains on the bathroom floor. It was if the cleaning staff made the bed with new sheets and forgot about the rest of the room. I will never stay there again, and would highly advise against it for anyone else.

The staff was very friendly at check in. There was a problem with the payment but the lady at the counter was very helpful and figured it out. The hotel itself was pretty bad. The entire hotel smelled like spaghetti. The room smelled like cigarettes and the pillows also had a terrible smell to them. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Just don’t. The first room I was provided didn’t have a charging station or working tub or shower. I requested a new room. It was improved however noise from the road and other people kept me awake all night. Lots of areas to improve.

This property is for people that are staying long term and not meant for short stays. Every time we walked through the property we found vomit. Twice in the elevator, and once in the hallway. We stayed less then 12 hours in total. Not family friendly and I do not recommend at all.

I am very disappointed in my stay at WoodSpring Suites. While I knew the hotel was pet-friendly, the smell throughout the hotel, the stairs, and halls was overwhelming and unpleasant. When we got to our room, there was stuff on the shower floor (Took photos), there was a hole in the bathroom door, and the fridge had a broken bottom that caused it to tilt, and the inside smelled and was also broken and ruined the leftovers we had in there. The cleanliness rating was higher than past hotels I have stayed at yet much dirtier. The side doors to get outside were also broke so anyone could walk in and there was a lot of activity happening outside of the building. The gym facility was also broken.

Room was very clean, it was a little noisy with music being played until around 4am in the next room, but it was Saturday night and people were having a good time! My room was facing the expressway so there was some occasional traffic noise too.

The staff when we checked in was great other staff ok. The only elevator wasnt working the whole time. We were on the 4th floor. Most extended stays provide some utensils this one did not wish i would have known in the beginning. Check out is at 11, which is fine why was the staff at my door at 930 making sure i was checking out. Overall it wasnt bad

Arrived at our destination very late, no one at the desk, waited 45 minutes and finally someone came out to check us and another lady in. 2 queen beds and only 2 towels. Elevator was out of order, we were on the 4th floor.

As I travel for work all over the state, this by far was the worst experience. The room were horrible. Mattresses on webbing. NO amenities. Room had no supplies for kitchen. No hand towels. No Kleenex. No bible. No ice machine available. No coffe pot. No luggage cart. No hair dryer. Rooms were dirty and dusty. Hallways and elevator dirty. The housekeeping lady was the only bright spot. She was pleasant.

Where is the desk clerk?
There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was a number to call for assistance but no one answered. Two other staff members happen to come by. They attempted to contact the person that was supposed to be at the desk. They could not reach that person either. The other staff members ended up checking us in. we appreciated those two for helping out. There was another lady that was waiting when we arrived. She got mad, before the two other staff members showed up that helped us, and left the building. In the morning there was no one at the desk again. We left at at little before 8:00. Very disappointing stay. I will never book there again.

We got Our first room on the 1st floor because the elevator was broken and had luggage to carry. That room, although it had just been cleaned, smelled so bad of cat urine that we couldn’t stay in it. Our next room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and smelled fine. The baseboards were all pulled off due to a flood ?? On the third floor? And the mattress was so horrible! It was lumpy and felt very worn out. We were supposed to come back a few days later but canceled those reservations.
