The room had clearly been renovated a few years ago--nice flooring, recent paint job, etc. But the place, especially the floor, was quite dirty. Shampoo and soap appeared to have been thrown at the shower--angry maid? What passed for landscaping needs attention. One of the over-the-bed lights did not work. Just a bunch a little things that collectively were bad.

The bathroom tub was left dirty with dirt all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping comes up only to say “ I’ll be back in 30 minutes”. She did clean the tub and attempted to sweep the floor so I guess she gets an “A” for effort. The room served its purpose which was for me and my boyfriend to have a place to sleep while he visited for the weekend.

Roughly about an hour after checking in to my room. I went into bathroom and there was roach crawling on the floor i killed it. Went back to the bed where my luggage was. As im sitting on the bed another Roach crawls across the blanket. I grab my things left the property. Called the front desk when i got into my car. He aaked if inwanted to move to a different room ,i said no. Because you have a bug problem. Switching rooms do not fix that. I did not feel comfortable staying at that property. I was told the call back in the morning to speak with a manager.i called 3 times , all 3 times manager was busy. Someome called me me back arounf 6 pm that same day. Offered and a sad apologize, but no refund, and i didnt get to stay the night in the room as planned. I just want my money back for this terrible experience

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The comforter on the bed was dirty and smelled so I requested a new 1 and it had burn holes all over it. The room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been and the furniture was so old and coming apart. There was a AC/heater unit in the wall that didn’t work and you could feel cold air coming in from outside. You couldn’t adjust the heat. I’d never recommend anyone stay there!

Phone didn't work, had to go to office for questions to be answered, outlets didn't work, had to run the water for a long time to get warm never got hot. Commercial on tv is a lie because we got no amenities and no fridge or microwave because we were in a king room. It makes no difference what I say because you were a decent hotel now it's worse there. Won't see me again which makes no difference to you

There was nothing about this property that I enjoyed. The front staff seemed that they did not care about myself and my guest as we were checking in. The room was atrocious; dirty carpets, hair in the bed and on the sheets (including new sheets that we were given), a large brown stain on the mattress itself as well as the comforter, burn holes in the comforter (this was supposed to be a smoke free room), the dresser was missing a drawer, the deadbolt was broken (was actually not even there), we were left with wet towels, and the bathroom was a mess. My guest and I had gone to purchase our own cleaning supplies as it was just one night that we would be staying and were going to tough it out. Once we had gotten back, we determined that the room was just too unsanitary to stay in for even one night. When I had requested a refund, I was rejected. This room was not worth $100, I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was nice, along with the service desk. Polite and helpful. The room was clean, but the mattress needs replaced, plus A drawer in the dresser was missing. Saw no bugs. Restaurants and gas close by. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was friendly but the room was dirty and in poor condition. The shower curtain smelled so bad as if people had been peeing on it. Under and around the bed looked not to have been vacuumed in some time. The floor was sticky and the carpet was gross. It did not have bed bugs but did have ants. It was a place to sleep but would not take the wife or young kids there.
