'Amazing Lake house, our family loved our stay. The house is perfect has everything you need. The yard is private and the lake is so peaceful. Canoeing to the small island across from the house was so fun. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property.'

'Gorgeous location on the “pond” which is really a fair sized lake. Natural setting with wildlife all around. Very quiet. A short drive into Bangor. Uber available as well. Grocery close by with all necessities available, also gas and some take out dining options. Everything you could possibly imagine is available at the accommodation, the host has thought of it and made it available. Communication was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this spot and look forward to staying again in...

'A beautiful and quiet spot on the water, only a few miles from town. We heard loons and saw a bald eagle grab a fish from the pond. The house itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable. '

'This cottage is like going to your favorite aunt’s country home. A book full of information and a tray with local coffee and tea and all fixings for pancakes greeted us. We ate all our breakfasts and a few other meals at the house. We used the laundry and enjoyed the lawn chairs. The living room couches were comfortable .The stairs are steep to the upstairs bedrooms and would be a challenge for some people. We had a great visit in Maine and this lovely house was a great place to stay.'

'Rachel was easy to reach and very accommodating. While vacationing we unfortunately had car issues and Rachel went above and beyond to help find a repair shop. Worked with us to extend our stay even at an inconvenience to herself. Could not recommend Rachel or her property enough. We give 10 stars if possible.'

'We were in town for a laid back bachelor party. Five of us stayed here very comfortably. This place has everything you need for a weekend stay and it was close enough to Bangor to come and go. I highly recommend this rental especially if you need 4-5 sleeping accommodations. '

'Blake’s cabin was an amazing place! Check in was easy and it was just what my family needed on our travels. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to make a good breakfast. Appreciated the use of the charcoal grill with a propane option as well. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Perhaps we will get to do that on the next trip. I could lay on that dock observing wildlife for days!'

'It was clean and comfortable. The lake is gorgeous. Fireworks over the lake on the 4th. The two kayaks provided were a special bonus and so much fun. An unexpected gem in rural Maine!'

'we needed a one night overnight in order to attend a local concert. 4 adults in our party over age 50. this provided us a comfy place with plenty of room to spread out before and after the concert. the kitchen was well equipped, and we could have made our own supper and breakfast. we chose to eat out. we could bring home leftovers unlike a hotel room. i would stay again if we ever come back to the area.'

'We only stayed for one night. Basically just slept and showered in the morning so I can not speak on how well stocked the kitchen is. However, there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Beautiful views, no trouble finding the location and the house was very clean. '

'We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet, shallow cove on the lake. Water at the.end of the dock is only waist high, so it's perfect for younger children. Nice cabin and the 2 upper bedrooms have air conditioning. Our group consisted of us...grandparents and two grandkids ages 6 and 9. This is definitely a technology free zone as there is no wifi. But, plenty of family games so you will not be bored. A neighboring camp had a small plane land on the water in front of us and thrilled the kids.'
