No-one onsite - the 'service' amounts to someone on a remote phone, watching on cameras. Telling me that I had no reservation, and then 3 minutes later calling back to say they found the reservation, but it clashes with another reservation, and they had no room. 'I arrived at the property and was unable to access it as I had not been given any codes. Staff at the adjoining restaurant were able to help and I finally got the codes. When I attempted to turn on the television it simply said no signal . Fortunately the bed was very comfortable.'
