'Our first trip to Bermuda & all was excellent! We stayed at the Grotto Bay Resort & did the all inclusive plan. It was so worth the expense as 3 delicious meals per day & all the drinks included (alcoholic as well). All the employees went above & beyond to make our stay exceptional! 'The property itself was very nice and we had a beautiful view of the beach. The room was clean for the most part. The location of the hotel was great. It was right between Hamilton and the beaches on the South Shore as well as on a central bus route. The only things that I had issues with was that there was little to do at the hotel besides going to the pool or the beach especially for young kids. 'The cabana king room was lovely, but generally, I did not think the service lived up to the Rosewood brand. The staff were all very friendly, but perhaps they were spread too thin? Examples: the staff in London never ask for our name (and room) as they learn them immediately. Not true here. More importantly, the service throughout was slow.
