'Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. 'The breakfast and service was very good! Our room needed a clothing hook repaired and the walk in shower floor was cracked. Other than those things needing some maintenance attention, everything else was just fine. It was a very convenient location for us. I would stay again.'

'The room was clean and comfortable. The door had scratches like someone broke in before. The ice machines were always empty when needed. The breakfast was good, but coffee was terrible. Loved the free parking.'

'The residences at Sweetgrass were nice with all amenities one would desire. The pool was spot on if you are a young family with babies & toddlers. However, if you are in your 60’s and an empty nester, you might want to look elsewhere! The mandatory valet parking was expensive & not convenient at all! Especially when trying to make it to a wedding on time! The food in their village was like school food with a resort price. Not a fit for us , but young families might like it!'

However, I did have a problem with their choice of laundry detergent for the sheets/pillowcases as I'm extremely sensitive and did find these to create a rash across the top of my shoulders/neck where my nightgown did not cover. This problem was not addressed with management as I recognize it is MY problem, not their's -- my partner was not affected.
