'We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium.'

'The physical location was great. The pool was advertised as heated and it was not. The pool chairs and outside games were very weathered. The room was not overly clean but I have seen worse. The bathroom body soap dispenser was broken and would come apart when you pressed on it. One of the shampoo bottles in the shower was empty and obviously used before our visit. There also was no iron or ironing board.'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jorge's condo! The property is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located close to everything we wanted to do on the beach. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying the breathtaking sunset views from the condo overlooking the bay each evening, truly some of the best sunsets we've seen in the area.What really made this stay exceptional, however, was Jorge.
