'4;We really liked how close the accommodation was to downtown; it was perfect. Having the little fenced yard was perfect for our small dog (would be ok for a large dog too.'

'This house was everything it promised! The views, the layout, the communication from the host. Overall, amazing stay! I was worried because I sae comments about uncomfortable beds! Absolutely not! They were so comfy and it was perfect for our stay!'

'Perfect for the two of us for our 3 day stay. Enjoyed sitting on the patio. Location is fantastic walked everywhere! Thank you!'

'Another great trip to our favorite place to stay in Prescott!! Thanks Kim.'

'Definitely exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room to relax and very comfortable. Loved the location. Easy to get everywhere. Shower was great. Very clean.'

'For two friends traveling together it was perfect. We were very comfortable in this ‘more spacious than expected’ home.'

'It worked out really well for our needs. You had to use stairs to get from rooms on either side of the kitchen so it is good to keep that in mind if someone isn’t very mobile - not a problem for any of us. Centrally located to either Prescott or Prescott Valley. We would rent it again.'

'Very nice property. Clean, good host and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!'

'Fantastic house in a great location. The house had everything we wanted and needed@'

'Cute clean little house. Looks just as shown in pictures on the inside. Easy check in / check out process. My only concern was that it’s at the back of a run down RV park and it’s the only way in and out. Also internet was poor so tv doesn’t work and I couldn’t check email on my laptop but typically vacationing is to be outdoors and not to be connected ;-)'

'Beautiful room and bathroom. Convenient location. Owners are accommodating and friendly. Properly well maintained'
