'Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). 'Everything about the hotel was 5 star performance. Anything we needed was addressed immediately. Room was spotless, spacious and we felt as though we were at home. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone!!!'
