It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours.
Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.'

1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor
2. Hot water not working in bathroom
3. Jacuzzi not hot at all
4. Parking space very limited
5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked
6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help

'Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar.
