'The room was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom was dirty. The handrail on the balcony was broken. The AC was too weak. The breakfast options were too limited and of low quality. The dinner buffet was awful. The pool is very small and water is cold as it is in the shadow all day. Price is high compared to the quality. '

The staff, especially Husnee, Ashraf and Habib are all so incredibly friendly, accomodating and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality. The villa was very clean, the food was wonderful, very healthy and so fresh. Thank you to all the staff at Banyan Villa for making our stay in Dhangethi so wonderful and memorable!
