'The cabin was fairly clean inside, a couple of window ledges were dirty, ants were a problem, they were everywhere, but the biggest issue was the state of the windows, cobwebs everywhere, really dragged the cabin down.'

'Well located a few km south of Shepparton on the main road into town. Only a few km from a small shopping centre. Set back far enough from the road that it was quiet, with a nice outlook over grass to fields. Good value.'

No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels...

'Very hard to get in touch with staff. Didn’t see any staff on our two day stay. Extremely loud property (which is due to location) Pool had algae on the bottom. Very tired accommodation- fine if you are desperate for a place to sleep. '
