'Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation!
I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room'

'A nice room for the price paid, nothing terrible and nothing overly special.
Staff friendly and attentive for the brief interactions we had. Happy hour in the bar a nice addition. Didn't eat there so can't rate the restaurant.
Overall a solid 4/5.'

'We stayed for 10 nights and were very happy. The room was clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. Daily housekeeping kept us up with everything we needed, everyone was very friendly. Only issue I would say with this hotel is that it needs more parking. We forgot to book parking and were fine parking in the 3 hour time limited car parking on the street which is free, but I feel like this will become increasingly unavailable as New Epping develops and gets busier.'

'The good points were the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and facilities were good.
The bad were there were 3, however the room was only set up for 2, however this was rectified when we asked. The complimentary water we were told was always 2 didn't matter if there were 3.
The room service was haphazard the beds were not made properly or the dishes washed would have preferred no one to enter the room at all for what was done.'
