'I'm now thinking of other reasons to come to Martinsville just to stay here! A very beautiful and inviting property. Loved using the common areas and cooking in the kitchen. The tomatoes from the garden are delicious! The innkeeper has provided so many thoughtful touches to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. Amazing snack tray in our rooms made us feel pampered. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows of all firmness and most importantly comfortable mattresses made for grrat sleeping....

The Inn is beautiful and immaculately clean with so many amenities (lovely shampoo/conditioner/cotton swabs/etc ) and thoughtful treats (cookies, snacks, tea and coffee, and more!). The breakfast was huge and delicious and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Perfect stay for our family- we will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area!'

'Everything was really nice. The staff was very responsive. I am disturbed that telephones are in the room but are not connected, and in my case, don't even have a connection in the room at all. I enjoyed breakfast, and the lady who prepared it was really nice, but would love to have had regular eggs (not fried hard) or even hard boiled ones (I don't prefer scrambled lol).'

'Me and my sport team of 28 people stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The service at the front desk (Sam) was more than accommodating. While the condition of the building may be a little run down, if you’re looking for an easy, simple nights rest and a shower this is the place to go. '
