I loved waking up in the morning with my coffee and looking out at the lake. It was great to just walk outside, grab a kayak and go! 'This is a wonderful little home with lots of charm. Reminds me of grandma's house. It is older and some floors are not even, but the bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated, new windows and heat/air system. We enjoyed the porches a lot. They have anything and everything you might need for your stay. Saw a deer and groundhog there. Grounds were beautifully kept. Would stay again. '

'What an amazing stay. 1790s cabin restored in the 80s. Beautiful and still had all we needed for our trip to the lake. We visited historic Bedford during the day and spent our evenings in this beautiful historic cabin. Met the owner Dave and he gave us a full tour and history. He also gave us some great suggestions for places to eat and places to get great views of the area.'

'We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Our trip was short, so we could not take full advantage of everything, though I wish we could! We loved how close we were to dipping our toes in the lake and liked the sandy beach area nearby. We also loved using the gliders on the balcony to enjoy some reading time and take in views of the lake. I only have a couple of recommendations, but they certainly did not...
