'We were there two days. When we got back to our room there had been no housekeeping done. My wife went to the office to get some clean towels. She asked why no one cleaned the reply was “we knocked and no one answered”'

'The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there were all the things needed in the room; shampoos and soap, lotion, hair dryer and an abundance of towels.We used the refrigerator and had plenty of ice. The best breakfast buffet we have had in a long time and the manager was very helpful in canceling a reservation we inadvertently made. Everyone was helpful and friendly.. we would highly recommend this place.'

Plenty of towels & a blow dryer . Hard bed but fine . Soft sheets and ok pillows . There was no iron or board; no fridge . I was surprised with that as those seem pretty basic nowadays . Staff was very nice ;) check in was easy. Parking in back of hotel . Location was everything !!! Safe and walkable to all of downtown ....
