Otel yemekleri ve oda temizligi çok kötüydü. Kullanılan yastıklar ve çarşaflar düzgün temizlenmemişti, sarı ter izleri vardı. Otele giriş yaptıktan ve parasını ödedikten sonra kur hesabını yanlış yapmışız tekrar ödeme yapmanız gerek diyerek 500 lira daha aldılar

very very disappointing
We arrived at the hotel we were not acknowledged by the staff other than to take a name and then tell us which room. We had paid for a standard room an upgrade from Budget We had a room which had a balcony which barely seated 1 plastic chair and a small table it overlooked a corrugated roof and was completely boxed in, there was no view , no sun it appeared to be a boxed space for smoking completely impractical to sit out and enjoy The toilet was situated so that to be able to sit down you needed to have 1 leg either side of the shower screen as it was imposable to sit any other way, this also made it incredibly difficult to get into the shower as there was barely enough room to squeeze past the toilet We did not arrive until 20.00 hours, if we had been earlier we would have lost the money and gone somewhere else

Hello, if you contact the Guest Relations Department during your stay and report your problem, my teammates will help you quickly. Have you reported this issue to the Guest Relations Department? If you had reported it, my teammates, we would have worked on your problem in a solution-oriented manner and helped you with a better service and comfort, and you would have had a nice and comfortable holiday. It was horrendous there was cockroaches in the swimming pool they didn’t clean the pool the whole time we was there wouldn’t of even got in it anyway it was a disgrace the rooms had bugs all in it there was dogs and cats just wondering in the hotel everywhere didn’t even try the food there would not recommend anyone !!!

Holiday before start of season
Check in wasn't good as first they could not find our booking even though I had the confirmation email and booking number also they didn't know what half board was i had to explain it had paid for breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was in the hotel it was basic but ok the evening meal however was in the hotel next door so not even in the hotel is had paid for . One night there was a wedding celebration and as the hotel is open plan downstairs there was nothing to keep the noise from upstairs so very long night . It says on this site water in the room and slippers we got water one night that is it ,no slippers and we got no tea and coffee we had to ask for a kettle so we could actually go buy some from the local supermarket. This is the second time I've stayed here first time it was fine for the price so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and just hope it was down to them getting ready for the new season .

L'internet ne fonctionnait pas les deux premiets jours. Il y a eu plusieurs pannes de courant durant des quarts d'heure entiers, buffet de petit dejeuner décevant... Hotel bon marché mais maintenant je sais pourquoi.

Als das gleiche Essen, gierig bei den Getränken!!!
4 Köpfige Familie. Gebucht vom 05.07. Bis 09.07 und wir hatten die Nase voll vom selben essen. Jeden Tag Fisch,Hähnchen,Auberginen, Kartoffeln. Gerupftes Salat in Mengen statt Feiner Service. Im Buffet keine Getränke muss extra raus in Garten! Die Getränkebar ist die höchst Katastrophe, zum Essen die Getränke zu holen die Treppe runter über den Garten und Pool sich auf den Tablett 3,4 Gläser Kola oder sonstiges geben lassen und überhaupt nicht freundlich das Personal bei einer Temp.von 38C ist es völlig normal mehr zu trinken. Also die 5 Tage 4 Nächte waren zu viel um das durch zu ziehen sind am 8.raus und haben auf den letzten Tag verzichtet da wir ab dem 2.Tag schon angefangen haben draußen zu essen nach dem wir das Buffeet immer sahen hatten wir kein Appetit mehr. Alles Klug vom Hotelchef! Begrenzte Zeit am all in, beim Essen raus laufen und zurück da geht man doch nicht mehr mal das sowieso unschöne essen schmeckt noch schlimmer wenn es dazu noch kalt wird. KLUG GEMACHT ZUM SPAREN ABER IHR VERLIERRT AN RUF UND KUNDEN!! In Didim Altinkum habe ich schon mehrere Hotels besucht, seit 1995 auch für wenig Geld aber das geht garnicht! Lg aus Ffm!

Merhabalar..ben şimdiye kadar 4 yıldızlı dışında alt seviyedekilerde hiç tatil yapmamıştım..diğer kaliteli otellerin yanında bunlarda kalite aramayınız..otelin imkanları az..denize uzak..temizlik aramayınız.hiç hijyenik değil otel..personel işi bilmiyor..havuzu küçük. Oda 1.90..yemek çeşitliği pek yok..herkes giremiyor..tatlılar hergün aynı.Uzun lafın kısası ucuzsa kalite düşüyor.kısaca kaç para ya o kadar köfte mantığı.

I was been defrauded by Hotels.com
Another hotel nearby was given to us, we tried to contact you, however phone was saying "we are experiencing technical difficulties." This hotel was awful. Besides they did not pay us the difference between these two hotel costs.
