'A little disappointed with my stay overall. The reception staff were lovely, welcoming, and friendly, which made for a great first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience with room service wasn't as positive. The first person I spoke to seemed a little disorganised, and after waiting over an hour for the food I had ordered, I called back only to be told it had been delivered to the wrong room. As there was no answer at that room, no one thought to call me to let me know, which felt a little...
