'Waited over 2 hours for keys to be delivered by uber after a 6 hr drive . Property was really nice but the entire stay has been ruined as still waiting on security deposit being returned. Keep getting fobbed off'

'We only had an overnight stop here, but it was a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room and general public areas of the property were all fine. We had an evening meal and a full breakfast and they were both very tasty. Having an EV charger (22kW) in the car park was a really useful bonus as we left our car to charge overnight. Would definitely stay here again.'
