Only a few minuntes walk to the night market and old town, but the neighorhood was very quiet and peaceful. All the staff was really nice and kind,too. They have rental bikes for no charge. Would definitely stay again!...

'From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. '

You can refill your water bottle with Kangen alkaline water available 24/7 downstairs. The only drawbacks are the stairs.
