'I was in town for the big car show. I picked the Pendray because I figured my wife would like it, she loved it. The staff was great, and the included tiered breakfast were delicious. The Pendray is an old mansion, and didn’t have air conditioning, so take that into account in the summer. We live in an old house, so that wasn’t really an issue for us.'

'My wife and I come there every few years to celebrate our anniversary. The view of the harbor, Empress, and Parliament buildings is unparalleled. The new walking path to downtown is very nice and provides a good work out to complement the nice vegan food options in the restaurant at Ocean Pointe. The exercise room is very nice. Hot tub is good, maybe a bit noisy from kids in the pool but thats part of being at a public resort.'

'I loved staying at this beautiful location. The staff was amazing in accommodating us with our bicycles to keep them in a safe place overnight. Breakfast was beyond good. The fresh fruit was worth it all. We will definitely be staying here again if we travel that way. '
