'It was a pretty clean comfortable place to sleep'

'The room was dirty. Even after it had been "cleaned" by the staff. I had to walk around with Clorox wipes to get all the gunk out of everything. Microwave did not work. There was no rotating plate and there was a very weird electrical burning smell when I tried to use it. I asked the overnight service desk person if I could get a new microwave in there and she just kind of blew me off.'

'Traveling a great distance, I needed the laundry facility (coin operated). The washer immediately stole quarters and luckily I had more quarters since the staff refused to refund the loss, stating that the laundry was operated by an outside source. A single load to both wash and dry, due to the stated problem, cost me too much. Also by 9am they were out of coffee and refused to make more being that it was 9 am. ???
