'My only suggestion would be to remove the oversized couch (which can be another bed) and replace with another chair allowing more space in the unit that is designed for 2 people.The place was clean and bed comfy. We enjoyed our stay!'

'We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The rooms are big, and nicely furnished. As others have mentioned, the host has provided several amenities. It's in a very nice, safe neighborhood but isn't really walkable to the waterfront unless you're in very good shape. The hills are quite steep and we didn't see anyone walking up them. We look forward to staying here again some time.'

'We travel as a group of 8 ( 4 brothers and their wives ) for golfing every year and decided we wanted to stay in digby. We stayed at this property and it was perfect for us. There wss actually 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so everyone had their own space . The patio was large and plenty of chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed . We had a great time here.'

'Everything was exactly as advertised. Peter was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and Diane, the property manager was so lovely. We got in late and she left a fresh apple pie waiting for us. She offered us a very warm welcome and recommended some wonderful local spots, which we loved. We definitely plan to return. 'Mavillette was beautiful even if foggy at times. The nearby beach was conveniently close and a lot of fun at high tide and low tide.The rental home was very spacious, modern and welcoming.We saw deer, pheasants and ospreys on the property.Rena was wonderful to deal with, thank you for everything!'

'This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia.
