'Perfect location, quiet in full of amenities'

'Don't waste your money here, I was under the impression from the photos on the website that this place would be a comfortable stay, but was in for an extremely unplesant surprise. Its location is in a bad neighborhood, lots of homeless people in the area. Housekeeping kept forgetting to come to our room constantly through out our stay there, and they didnt even do a good job when they did stop by. There was mold in the showers and walking barefoot on the carpet left the bottom of my feet stained...

'The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….'

'Yes, breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and cooperative. '

'I requested new blankets due to the ones I had having stains on them the floor was dirty on arrival. Spoke to front desk manager for some compensation but he refused saying I booked third party. The AC didn’t work great I was over 100 degrees . Overall bad would never stay again.!'

'The check in person was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is a great added bonus. '

'Customer Service is average, carry your own towel, body lotion, body wash before you go this hotel and carry food as well. There is a no vending machine. Just only coffee machine there breakfast not available. Room empty then furniture.'

'The pet area was just some left over pieces of fake grass soaked in urine and smelled terrible with the heat. Also my room was missing the entire bed comforter and it was super cold. '

'I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked with smoke. I was told they didn't have any left so they couldn't give me a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained and rumpled and filthy looking. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and I was able to get a refund at the hotel.'

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'The front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, even late at night. When we got into the room it was very clean and the air was on for us. I would definitely stay again!'

'Stayed 2 nights for baseball spring training games. Parking was free and convenient. Property was very clean and fresh! Staff were accommodating, attentive, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend! '
