'Great family hotel. The hotel manager is very accommodating. (Five stars for Armen!) He helped with some unusual requests that came up due to family emergency and misunderstanding during booking. The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination. '

'Ligging van hotel is mooi, maar ver van het centrum. Mooi terras voor diner. Ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid. De kamer daarentegen was niet comfortabel. Meubilair ouder dan je op basis van de buitenkant van het hotel zou verwachten. Vreemd, maar wel leuk, was de doolhof van trappetjes en doorgangetjes. '
