The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help...

'We had a great stay at The Town by Namal in El Nido! The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything we needed, especially the dock for the island hopping tours. It made getting around so convenient. 'The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything yet fairly quiet with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was safe and clean. Most importantly for me, the bed was comfortable :)'

'Fantastische villa rechtstreeks aan zwembad en zee. Maar wat ons verblijf echt speciaal maakte, was het personeel. Wat een vriendelijke service. Men deed alles om het ons naar de zin te maken. Bedankt aan heel de staf!'

They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)...

The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility,...

'Très propre (dès qu'une personne sort de la douche, quelqu'un passe pour la laver). Personnel serviable heureux de nous aider à réserver des tours ou le ferry.'
