'Room and hotel were in need of some investment.'

'I am confused: Some things are good, Some things are bad. Bed bugs, i haven’t seen, bad vacuüm cleaning i have seen. Toilet reservoir took minutes to fill up again. Nice shower stuff, water hot/cold good, but Fungus on the kit edges is present. Also the rusted bathroom stuff i have seen: Why? Breakfast: problably a UK issue no cheese and/or ham present.'

'Room was clean when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. We were given the family apartment which had a bunk bed in the bedroom in addition to the queen which made it crowded. living area was comfortable and location was convenient to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Check in is not at the apartment which was unexpected. Apartment location is its best feature.'

'Beautiful hotel on the ground floor, lots of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff. The hotel has a lot of charm. However, the room is very basic and misses any charm, the mattress is old and uncomfortable and outdated bathroom. Breakfast was also very basic.'

'I would highly recommend staying at the Coul House, it is a beautiful place with beautiful gardens and a very nicely stocked bar. The owners are actively involved in the daily running and are such superb hosts. They bring a charm and welcome to your stay that is missed by all hotel experiences I have had so far. The owners have extremely high standards for service which easily make a stay the highlight of a trip. I highly recommend staying if you want to create a memory that will last long past...

'The bed sheets seemed to have used before.The heating couldn’t be turned off. The bed nearly fell apart and, finally, the lamp needed to be replaced. Some reviews are more positive, so, maybe we were the unfortunate ones. The boy at reception really tried hard to set things right. Couldn’t blame him. '

'The brakfast and dinner was amazing, more than 5 stars. The huge parc was amazing too. The house with the sea view is perfect. The service was incredible good. The only thing I complain about is that the rooms and bathroom need to be renovated in his right old furniture style.'
