'Check in was easy….” we only stayed one night so we basically just slept there…. However, breakfast was nothing to write home about…. Cereal was not in individual boxes. They were in canisters with a scoop..went down about 7 AM and the sausage pan was empty….. not refilled….not much of a variety at all for hot foods… just premade, omelettes and sausage…old fruit.'

'Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....
