Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with. '

The staff were friendly and helpful but there were only 2 on and a queue. Star needs to staff this area better particularly in the morning when people want coffee and improve the quality of coffee'

'The Royal Albert is very centrally located, right in the heart of Brisbane. It is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was very large and well appointed. There was a washer/dryer in the room, which was a plus. There was also a mini-fridge and microwave. However, internet connectivity was not good. The internet was very slow, and sometimes not available. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. '

"In onze kamer hing een vieze geur, maar komt misschien door de cycloon die langs is geweest? Verder daar niet gedouched, geen douche gordijn of niks, dan zou heel de badkamer onder water staan.
Onze kamer was naast de blikjes automaat, dus laat in de avond en snachts overlast van mensen die blikjes kochten.
Voor 1 nacht was dit te doen, maar anders geen aanrader.
En ook zat er bloed op onderdeken......

But don't worry, within 10-15 minutes walk you are in all the goo places or with Lime or uber. Go to South Bank (little stanley street) or city beach, or the Cliffs boardwalk for good food or Fortitude valley for nightlife ;)"
