'Staff was great, room was clean and very comfortable. I was upgraded to a room with a fireplace in front of the bed, which was very nice. Bed, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable, which is the most important thing in my opinion. This is my second time staying at this property and I will be back for sure. When I come up to visit my two kids at BSU, no need for me to look anywhere else. Location, price, and value is spot on for my needs! Excellent burger down in the steakhouse too!'

'The reason I booked this hotel was because of the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel due to my late arrival. They never said that their shuttle services stopped at 12.15 a.m. and my flight was delayed and did not arrive in Boise until 1.00 a.m. so they would not help me. They said I had to find my own taxi and pay for it. Then the taxi driver tried to make me pay 6 times as much so I took another one for the correct price. All in all a bad experience. The rooms are tired looking...

'Great atmosphere and location. I came for a conference at Jacks Urban Meeting Place. It was an easy walk. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There are numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. I enjoyed dinner downstairs as well as a drink, and the Highlander bar on the roof was a great place for a group get together after the meeting. Fire pits made it tolerable on the roof despite being fairly cool outside.'

'Having reserved parking was nice! We did have to pay for it which I missed when booking but that’s okay. When we were leaving someone in the alley going to what looked like a business behind the hotel parked behind us and blocked us in. But we were able to squeeze out when we realized they weren’t coming anytime soon. There’s a coffee shop that had some food choices and alcoholic and non alcoholic options as well. The room was super cute and the beds were comfy! And the room had bath robes in...
