'Apartment is in good condition.The condos ammenities are OK.Beach is clean.But, 9 miles from San Pedro in terrible roads to get there make it really hard to enjoy.It takes 1.5 hours ro get there from San Pedro in a golf car.Jason and the staff do they best to make you feel at home..But, rhe fact is that this is way to far if you want to go explore the island.'

'We had a great stay at Tara Del Sol! The property - both inside the condo and in the shared spaces - is well-maintained and private. Sandra was available and helpful for all of our needs before and during the stay. The property is south of town which makes it quiet and without crowds, though means it is farther from the restaurants and bars downtown. '

'This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!.'

'Pros: Mariah was very communicative from the start. Check in was easy and the unit was exactly as described. Sunset Caribe is on the bay side slightly north of town which was convenient for us to be in a nice place but a little out of the crowds. The bar staff was amazing allowing us to turn on the tvs to watch sports while enjoying the sunset views. We ate at Rain across the street (part of the Caribe family) and it was delicious! The market in Caribeville is very convenient, yet overpriced...

'Our group of four really enjoyed our stay at Oceanaire 4. Beautiful, spacious oceanfront condo with a den we used for an extra room. Pool was great and facilities well maintained by friendly staff. We enjoyed the views from the large deck. We really appreciated the location as there was good access to food stores and restaurants but a a couple of miles removed from busier San Pedro. Excellent communications with property manager Lori, who gave us plenty of helpful tips. There is sargassum on...
