'House needs maintenance.'

'This an excellent place to stay in DC.'

'Great place. Highly recommend '

'Staying with Jorge and Dave is like staying over with friends - who cook and clean for you… I was in DC for work so I was slightly apprehensive about staying out in a residential area. But they go above and beyond. Staying at Malolo is SO much better than a generic brand name hotel for the same price (or more!). The hospitality is what you hope for at a B and B. As part of the community Jorge and Dave can share stories about the community and the neighborhood. They can recommend places to visit...

'We enjoyed this property so much we are hoping to return next year.'

'I stayed with two of my daughters. We fit just fine but for longer stays it would be more comfortable with just two people. Listing is exactly like described and is appropriately priced. Hosts responded to messages before, during, and after stay promptly. Location was very convenient. 5 min walk to metro'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our family gathering at this beautiful and spacious home in a perfect DC location! Our family of 10 was so comfortable in this lovely home and cared for exceptionally well by the host who provided all our needs and more. He even supplied the grandchildren with games and crafts! We highly recommend this home for its convenience to the Metro, market, restaurants and the charming neighborhood for walking. We never really needed our car and enjoyed eating in with the spacious,...

'The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Great location to walk to coffee/bakery shops and convenient store. Plus a 10 to 15 Uber/Lyft to downtown DC or Georgetown.'

'The house is clean and I am happy with everything. The kitchen was well stocked and I didn’t expect the snacks. My family enjoyed the stay.'

'Great location. Easy metro and uber rides to things not walkable with a 2 year old. The place was extremely clean. The host answered questions promptly and we requested a baby gate for the stairs and he brought one to the property within the half hour. Just a great experience and would definitely stay here again.'

'excellent, beyond expectations.'

'Super cute place to stay. So very clean and the bath towels were super fluffy!! Perfect sized place for four of us. Would stay again without any doubt.'
