'Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. '

'Property was clean, very modern inside, and had access to a lot of extras. Washer and dryer. Supplies. Very clean. Great fast communication with host. Located right in front of the ballpark! Walking distance to a lot of places. Would definitely book again. '

'This was the perfect place for a family to be to visit D.C. Within walking distance of the capitol! 10-15 min walk to a metro station across from Trader Joe’s so we could grab groceries on our way home. Sweet, safe neighborhood. We loved it!!'

'This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere...

Aged CVS and really nice organic grocery store are within a few blocks - quick walk. Easy 25 min drive to downtown DC area. Unit parking is not obvious (as also stated by other reviews) - had to talk to locals to learn the 2 unit spots are across the street behind the green-teal house. The 2 spots do have signs saying they are reserved for the rental address. The 2 spots are for all...
