'The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and nice. The location is excellent, very close to the metro and in a safe neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. The host was easy to communicate with and came immediately to resolve a minor issue we had. We were very happy with apartment and would stay again and recommend it highly to others.'

'Convenient location and the room was overall great. As others noted, there are not curtains in the bedroom (just blinds) which made it tough to sleep past 6:30 am. The traffic noise is real so bring ear plugs.'

'Modern and very clean apartment with all you need for your stay. The location is great with lots of nice restaurants and shops around Kalorama and Dupont. I stayed for two weeks while searching for a new home. I had to extend my lease a couple of times and the owners were very flexible, helpful and quick to answer any questions. The street is quite busy and noisy, but it didn’t bother me that much.'

The cleanliness of the property was remarkable, reflecting the considerable care devoted to its maintenance. It is equipped with an extensive range of amenities, exceeding what one might typically expect. 'Great spot, comfortable bed, fast wifi, great shower, really couldn't find a complaint if I tried.'

Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch.'

'Sometimes not enough hot water to shower. Sometimes not enough watwr to flush the toilet. Never could connect to wifi and no one showed up to help. The service, which you pay an extra fee for, just says 'will notify the handyman,'. Not worth the money.'
