'I have had a variety of rental properties, but this one greatly exceeded my expectations. The ease of check-in was outstanding! The cleanliness of the property was remarkable, reflecting the considerable care devoted to its maintenance. It is equipped with an extensive range of amenities, exceeding what one might typically expect. 'Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. That said, no one bothered us and I would return to this property as it was...

'This was a great, spacious condo for our family to celebrate UMD graduation, about a 20 minute drive away. It is just as it appears in photos, spread over 3 levels. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks and a 3-min drive to a cute neighborhood and amenities, restaurants and shops around Catholic U. Communication leading up to the stay was inconsistent but all worked out well.'
