Flats in District of Columbia

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful furnishings, thoughtful details, and everything we needed for a DC vacation. What impressed us most was how exceptionally clean everything was. It truly felt spotless from the moment we walked in. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious, immaculate place to stay and would gladly book again!'

'Location is walkable to some restaurants in the downtown area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in the master and shared hallway bath room for the other 2 rooms. This is an older building that has been nicely renovated. The floors do creak and there are folks living downstairs. Upstairs can get hot so you have to turn the AC down before sleeping. There is space for parking one car and additional street parking. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive.'

'Cute and comfortable upstairs apartment with all the necessities! Enough paper goods stocked for our 3 night visit to DC, not to mention shower amenities as well. We really appreciated the extra window ac unit in the bedroom on top of the central air conditioning… really made sleeping in the comfy bed a dream on these hot July nights! I can’t comment on kitchen utensils, or cooking appliances as we did not cook but there was a full stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, which had bottles...

'A lovely, well-appointed unit. Would definitely stay here again!'

'We enjoyed staying at this house with our son and daughter and their families. It is a great house fir an overnight stay in DC - comfy and attractive!.'

'Great location, amazing accommodations. Stay here for your Washington DC vacation!'

'Clean, cozy, well situated location with private parking available- a huge plus in DC. Host was very communicative and accommodations were comfortable.'

'We were so excited to stay here. The property was in a neighborhood about 15 min drive from the Capital. We ate at Dennys (3 min drive) where the bathrooms were locked up. The waitress said someone was shot in the bathroom a few days prior and that’s why they were locking them. The interior looked the same as the pictures. I don’t think their cleaning people are that good. The floors were FILTHY! There was no outdoor pool or gym. The prop manager provided me some a vague map with DIRECTIONS to...

'Great place to stay for our family while in town for a graduation!'

'It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. '

'Great property, especially with someone who has large dogs. Was perfect for everything we wanted to do in DC. All problems were resolved quickly, communication was fantastic and they do their best to keep a secure, and secure. Thank you Rhianna and Corey from us MO folks!'

'Friendly host. He was very accommodating when I requested to extend my trip additional days. Also a very walkable location.'

'My son stayed in this property during his summer internship in D.C. Location is excellent. Quite neighborhood but convenient to Metro and eating establishments. Jennifer was an excellent property host and responsive. The unit is clean, comfortable and provides everything you need for a short or long stay. A very positive experience! '

'It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. '

'Beautiful condo, awesome experience, elizabeth was lovely and fun to talk to.'

'It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day. There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were...
