LATE CHECK OUT FEE: $200. While we understand time can get away from us all, our cleaners do only have a few hours to clean, sanitize, and return the unit to the condition it was found in prior to the next guests arrival in a few hours. Late check out puts the next guest check in at jeopardy and costs us addition fees as the cleaner is paid to wait for the property to be vacated. Thanks for the understanding!

It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building.
