'First stay at this beautiful hotel , checkin very welcome the staff gave us plenty of guidence around the hotel. The swimminpool/spa was spotless and breakfast was very impressive with lots to choose from ...would definately use this hotel again. '

'It is very easy to get into Bury St Edmunds without a car, as the bus stop for the 84,86 service is next to the Cadogan Arms.with buses every 30 minutes. The staff are all very helpful and polite too. Plus such very comfy mattresses and good sized en-suite bathroom. The food is very good and very well presented too. Would I use the Cadogan Arms again certainly. '

'Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill.'

'The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. The tasty breakfasts were cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. There was a small but pleasant garden with suitable seating areas. The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly. It was an easy 12 minute walk into the cathedral area and town. We had a very comfortable stay although...

"The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. "

"Mooi vrij nieuw hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Jammer dat het in en uitchecken zo lang duurde omdat men niet het juiste betaal apparaat beschikbaar had voor Visa kaarten uit de EU.. Daarnaast werkte de sauna en het stoombad nog niet een uur na openingstijd."
