'Stayed 7 nights a they did not come in one time and clean up, make the bed or give me clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. Room is musty and smells like a wet rag. Outside is cute and clean, but rooms are horrible and dirty. '

'Hospitality was nonexistent beyond the check in at the front desk. The kitchen and bar staff were rude and disrespectful when we ordered appetizers and drinks after our day out at the beach. There was construction the entire duration of our trip which made finding rides a bit challenging. I had to overhear several fights that happened in my hallway. 'Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property.'
