'Everything was nice on our trip until the last few hours of our stay.. We got told that we couldn’t toss around a water football and we weren’t splashing or bothering anyone. That was very odd as they allow floats and rough housing by other families… Don’t know if I would book here again as I thought it was family oriented and don’t understand the concept of allowing certain things in the pool and not others like a small water ball…..'

'The room here served it's purpose, a place to sleep before a early morning flight out after returning from a cruise that sailed out of Putero Rico. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, it was amazingly good, but a bit pricey for what it is. The best thing about this hotel is you literally roll out of bed and roll right into the airport terminal. Would stay...

Resort fees are astounding, especially when you go to the pool area and umbrellas are limited in supply.
Refills for tea at the Banyan grille are charged $6.
Housekeeping staff were outstanding.

'The only think they had nice was the pool area my room wasn’t even clean. The hotel is very expensive food inside as well and for been so expensive they take lots of money away from the stay with no free breakfast. The fridge and coffee maker was in the bathroom never seen something like that it’s not a great idea at all . Next trip I will let my family know not to stay there they rip off your money . Had to give $520 deposit and they took 245 for what ? Like was very disappointed!'

'Room was gorgeous and spacious! Staff was pleasant and helpful. Resort itself is beautiful very luxe vibes. The beach access is top tier and provided amazing views all day. My only complaint was that the sheets and towels in the room did have some minor stains and a hair or two on them. Outside of that, I had no issues. I would recommend and would stay again.'
