'Friendly personnel, nice quiet rooms, good breakfast.'

'I have stayed there a few times and nothing changes. Equipment in the gym is broken with only one out of five pieces of equipment functioning. No water in water cooler. No towels. Staff doesn't let you check in until exactly 3 pm despite the hotel being mostly empty. Loud construction on the same floor where my room was on multiple days. No water pressure in shower. Mold on ceiling. No hot water in the morning. WIFI in the room is slow and only works close to the door.'
