'What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! '

'The room was a nice room but it was not very clean and they did not clean while we were there. The safe door was locked open so I went to the front desk to let them know it did not work and they said "Oh, didn't I tell you when you checked in? You need to take the key and put your things in it and lock it and then bring the key back and ask for the key again when you want it out." So, first, no they did not tell me that, and the reason you use a safe is so others do not have access to your stuff...

'This was one of my best trips ever. Great people and beautiful beaches everyday! The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff is great. I stayed here for 6 days and I would definitely return. And recommend it. Everything is pretty much in walking distance unless you need to do a tour.'

'Needed a place to stay on Roatan the night before my flight to the states. Stayed on Utila for a week. Posado was a inexpensive cute little spot that sufficed my needs and was centrally located in West End just a short taxi ride from the ferry dock into the airport'

'My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. The "buffet" consisted of the same food...

'It's a beautiful property, and we really love staying there, it just needs a little more Love from the Owner: The Pool area needs daily cleaning. We would appreciate for rooms to be cleaned daily, because if we didn't ask for the room to be cleaned, it just wasn't done. Linens and towels definitely need an upgrade. We're thankful for the free breakfast daily, and for the kitchen staff to be so accommodating. Lorelei is an excellent employee and it's because of her that I'm giving it a 4...
