Ipanema restaurant was a bit expensive but food, view and staff 10/10. Argentinian grill was good, they take their time but good, staff need more training to make it more welcoming but good overall. Mr. Tucán was great, David y Yubelis were amazing!'

'Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places.
We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back.

I had a nice clean, modest room with good Wi-Fi. The restaurant was good and again the staff were great. I would not hesitate to return and hope to again before high season. '

Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!'
