'Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel doen erg hun best. Bedden bij zwembad zijn niet comfortabel helaas ook niet altijd handdoeken aanwezig, ze komen ze wel brengen na vragen. Hadden familie kamer gekregen was erg fijn.

'Apparently they just opened after being closed for 3 years. They gave us at first a dirty stinky room after a big scene and complaint we finally got the room we booked. Staff barely speaks English. Food choice is very limited, buffet for SriLankan standard is very poor. They tried to force us a Xmas dinner at 40 dollar a person but quality of kitchen is poor, also for the breakfast, no yoghurts. The road towards the place is a disaster and very difficult to reach. Overall poor experience for a...

'一つ一つ書けばきりが無くなるほど、全てにおいてパーフェクト！スタッフファミリーのおかげで、ゆっくり心身を休めることができました。早朝のシギリヤロックやサファリツアー、チェックアウト後のタクシーまで親切にアレンジいただいて、スリランカ旅行の満足度が高くなりました。ウエルカムドリンクや朝食が絶品、スリランカ旅行中で最高に美味しく忘れられない思い出になりました。'

'The room sizes and layout were different for same cost. We had two rooms one was much bigger, spacious and nicer compared to the other even though we paid similar price. Our room door lock didnt work. It took them more than an hour to fix it and it was very hard to open and close the dooreverytime. There was no room keeping no fresh towels were provided.'

'Vriendelijk personeel'

'I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Absolutely fantastic. Asela is so helpful and even takes you in his tuk tuk into town should you require anything. The property is beautifully maintained. I recommend that you take advantage of the magnificent tradition Sri Lankan home cooked dinner. It was delicious and and so cheap and we did that twice.'

'The hot water was very weak, hard time getting shower. '

'Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms, ours also had a balcony. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, there are Sri Lankan and Western options, all very tasty. The pool is delightful, the views from the cafe are great.'

'This property is so serene and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery. You can see plenty of wild life from peacocks, iguanas to gecko’s, which we got to experience first hand. We were told that sometimes elephants venture and drink from the river further away from the property that can be seen from the rooms, we were unlucky not to see them The staff were all really friendly, kind and accommodating. Lovely, clean swimming pool. We came as a family of 5 to climb Sigiriya and en route to the East...

'Really cute new hotel! The staff was amazing! Due to miscommunication we arrived in another hotel, therefor we arrived late in Serenity. But it was al good and they took good care of us. They don’t have a restaurant, but the staff dien’t hesitate when we asked for some drinks! They went on a motorbike for us, late in the evening, for some drinks for us! So nice! Also, the room was amazing. Really big, nice bed, good working a/c and wifi! Really recommend this hotel! '

'The family that run the accomodation were very nice people. Very helpful & accomodating. The breakfast was probably the best breakfast I’ve eaten in Sri Lanka. The string hoppers & potato curry were fantastic. The pool was quite handy in front of our room, especially after a humid day. I would stay here again for sure.'

'Brandschone kamer, en personeel die er alles aan doet om je te helpen en de beste service te bezorgen! A hidden gem. 💎 '

'Very friendly, personal. has a lot of knowledge of the nature of the area. Very relaxing atmosphere. There are several hangmats and relaxing rooms. Hardly any ‘people sounds’ only nature sounds. A great place to remember !'
